Cucumber is a fruit. Yes, it is a fruit and most people think of cucumbers as vegetables. It contains vitamins A, B, C, K, manganese, copper, and potassium that plays an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system.
Preparation time: – 10 minutes.
Serves – 2.
Ingredients:-
• Cucumber – 1 big
• Coriander leaves – 1 sprig.
• Ginger- small piece.
• Green chilli – 1 no.
• Honey – 2 tablespoon.
• Coconut milk – 1\2 teacup
• Lemon – 1 no.
• Ice cubes – (8-10) nos.
• Salt – to taste.
Methods: –
• Frist peel and cut it into small pieces for the easy grind.
• Take a blender jar then add chopped ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, and cucumber.
• Now grind until smooth.
• Add ice cubes (8-10) depending upon the size of an ice cube.
• Pour coconut milk.
• Add salt for taste.
• Pour honey.
• Squeeze lemon and mix well.
• Now it is ready to serve.
All-time smoothie in the summer.
